1 month ago, with school at the time of physical education we go to the gym (at Can Ricart). Every week we do a different activity to try the experience of everyone, from cycling, bodycombat, to yoga, pilates...
This experience has been great because not only we went there and made our bodies move, it was also a time to desconnect. After these 4 sessions, this week we had to go on our own, and do some activity there. What I did were exercises machines with a friend. We did elliptical, tape and bicycle. I stayed for a while and disconnected. Honestly, it was very good. It wasn't the first time I went to this gym, as a kid I went there to swim, so I already knew the place. I really liked this experience, and I'd be happy to repeat it.
